Maintenance
& Calibration

You use your autoclave every day, so can you imagine what an emergency repair situation would be like? If you’ve never had this happen, then you’re lucky. We frequently see autoclaves that aren’t working well or have broken down simply because they haven’t been maintained. Within your autoclave, there are filters, valves, and gaskets, and all of these parts need to stay clean and unclogged. Worn out or leaky parts can also lend to major problems.

With our bi-annual maintenance service, however, you can rest assured that your sterilizer will stay in top operating shape. This service includes a thorough check and cleaning of valves, seals, filters, and sensors and the replacement of any worn parts we find. Plus, we’ll also test and verify calibration to help keep your autoclave working at its best.

Maintenance & Calibration by Solclave

When it comes
To Calibration

When it comes to calibration, the tiniest deviation from operating settings can lead to poor performance. Outside of strictly maintenance, we offer a calibration service that takes a close look at the operation of your current autoclave. We look for accuracy and readings against operating settings.

There is no substitute for a peace of mind, and when you’re running a lab, it’s critical that your autoclave is working properly all of the time. With sterilizer maintenance and calibration, you can rest assured that problems are stopped in their tracks and that your autoclave runs at its very best every single time you use it.

WE PERFORM

  • General external/internal checking and cleaning and mobile parts lubrication.

  • Fully decontaminate internal parts.

  • Chamber, rack and trays cleaning.

  • Water reservoir tank cleaning and disinfection.

  • Condensation coil cleaning.

  • Piping, valves and hoses cleaning.

  • Water sensor and strainer cleaning.

  • Door gasket replacement (new).

  • Power, safety elements and functional test.

  • Calibration standard of time, temperature and pressure, among others.

If an emergency were to happen and your autoclave suddenly showed an error and stopped working, what would you do next? We can assure you that this situation would end up costing you much more than maintenance, which is why maintenance is always worth it.
